Ground: natural colored linen. Design: all-over geometric pattern (Naxos leaf and star diaper) worked with red silk in darning stitch. Narrow border on four sides on which angular S-shapes alternate with small lozenge shaped spots. Worn.

Heavy white linen. The design of octagons, blocks, diamonds and starlike flowers, is embroidered with red silk. On one end are three rows of points. Some of the flowers and diamonds at one end are worked with faded blue silk. Pieced.

Three breadths of heavy cotton cloth on which is darned with red silk.  The variety of color is given by the direction of the stitches.  A narrow Guard band runs around four sides.
