Description

At the bottom in a horizontal band are two animals, possibly Angnus Dei, and a bunch of grapes, with a narrow border all around of angular vine-stems. In the middle is a drawn work panel of lozenge design enclosing a lion, birds and plants. The lace has repeating 'S' and heart-shaped devices. Possibly for a monstrance. embroidered, 1670-99, Mexican
