Description

Intended for use as a garment, clothing. Sash or turban, white cotton with one gold patterned end, Central India, Bengal, ca. 1855. Part of a long sash or turban cloth, white cotton with one end patterned with metal-wrapped thread and red silk. Long fringe at one end, the other end cut.
