Description

Intended for use as a garment, clothing. Textile, silk scarf, Bangalore, ca. 1855. Narrow silk scarf, dark red field with a repeated floral motif, large buta motifs in the hems, borders woven with a trailing floral motif in pink, white and black. Borders and hems added. Complete piece.
