Intended for use as a garment, clothing. Textile, striped silk wrapped garment, Sindh, ca. 1855-1879. Wrapped garment, heavy silk woven with stripes and broken stripes woven in pink, yellow, black and white; the end border is a deep pink reversing to green, with bands either side of the end border in a secondary weave; the side borders include a wider band of pink. Complete piece.
