Description

The complete piece would have been intended for use as a garment, clothing. Textiles, fragments of mashru, Tiruchchirappalli, ca. 1855. Fragments of mashru with red, green and yellow stripes, alternating with motifs woven in yellow and gold-wrapped thread.
