The ground is 'gold' metal thread with two layers of pattern which do not sit comfortably together. [1] A fine white stem forms a series of slightly concave lozenges. Along the stems are mauve flowers, large and small, a mauve and pink daisy and pairs of green leaves. [2] Pairs of white scrolls edged in black overlay this.
